Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
